Slimlipo

Dual lasers 924nm and 975nm for optimal fat and dermal tissue lasering.

SmartLipo Triplex

3 lasers: 1440 nm, 1064 nm, 1320 nm, claims superior energy levels with higher energy level of absorption by fat cells and better coagulation and skin tightening giving high definition sculpting capabilities.

Smooth Lipo

Uses 980 nm to heat only fat

Thermage CPT

This is a non invasive radio frequency technology used to deliver heat to the skin, thereby stimulating tightening while producing Comfort Pulse Technology (CPT) energy delivery system with a vibrating hand piece. This is cleared by the FDA for temporary improvement in appearance of cellulite when combined with vibrations and non invasive treatment of wrinkles on the face.

Ultra Smooth Lipo

Lipo dissolve using phosphatidylcholine (PCDC) known as lecithin injected into lipodystrophic areas which hardens and then dissolves the fat in about 1 month. Ex: 2 areas x 5 treatments = $1700.00

Uses ultrasound to breakdown fat cells

Ultherapy

Uses ultrasound to thermally stimulate the body’s rejuvenating mechanisms by delivering 30 minutes of controlled energy ultrasound to the skin of the face. Claims to cause a “firmer, tighter skin…overall refreshed appearance as well”

VelaShape

ELOS combination of Bipolar Radio frequency (RF), infrared light energy plus vacuum and mechanical massage. This modality I believed to deliver heat energy to the fatty tissues thereby increasing their metabolism lymphatic drainage and reducing and shrinking the actual size of the fat cells. Claims will reduce cellulite appearance and circumferential reduction with reshaping of treated area painless and no down time.

Zeltiq

Patented cryolipoysis process using precisely controlled cooling to remove fat by selectively killing adipose cells and leaving skin and muscle unharmed. This non invasive cooling device is not cleared by the US FDA for lipolysis! It is cleared by the FDA for skin cooling during dermatologic treatments
